Finally in South America!Now we can say that we’ve visited 6 of 7 continents. Our first stop in the mainland was in Chile, but before setting foot there, we visited the one and only Easter Island (that belongs to Chile).

There are almost 800 famous moai statues, but most of them lay on the ground.

No one knows who built the statues or why the civilization here stopped making them.

Before the American film, Rapa Nui, made the island famous, there were hardly any cars and only one plane connection a month.

Spoiler alert! The statue sunk in the sea is just an attraction for tourists.
