That place from the travel agencies catalogs really exists! It is hidden in the middle of the Pacific and becomes more and more accessible. What is our impression of French Polynesia?

For the first time, we just waved our passport at the airport and avoided all queues. Thanks, EU!

We visited 6 islands – Maupiti, Huahine, Moore, Bora Bora, Raiatea and Tahiti. Sorted by which we liked the most.

The largest island – Tahiti – has 200 kilometres around. Most of the islands up to 100, Bora Bora only 32. And yet the locals ride in large pick-ups. Do they compensate for something?

We had to learn to drive on the right side of the road again.

Did you think that solar energy would be here? No, diesel generators rule the world.

We are learning French. We already know Sapeur Pompier!

And our favourite French word? Cocotier.

We eat baguettes. For breakfast, lunch, all day long.

We have experienced the shortest flight in our life here. It lasted for 6 minutes.

Dom got bitten by a tropical wasp. For a moment it seemed he won´t be able to walk again.
